On May 24th, 2010, the specialist Raiffeisenbank will not quote the investment certificate of ERSTE GROUP BANK and the specialist BH Securities will not quote any investment certificates due to public holidays in Austria.
Effective from May 25th, 2010, PSE starts trading with the mortgage debenture issue HZL WHB VAR/15 (ISIN CZ0002002223) of the company Wüstenrot hypoteční banka a.s. on the Free Exchange Market. Effective from May 26th, 2010, PSE starts trading with the mortgage debenture issue HZL WHB 3,39/14 (ISIN CZ0002002231) of the company Wüstenrot hypoteční banka a.s. on the Free Exchange Market.
Starting from May 24th, 2010, the Prague Stock Exchange will launch trading with two new investment certificates issued by Raiffeisenbank a.s. The investment certificates will be traded on Free Market and Raiffeisenbank a.s. will act as a specialist for all the new titles.

In connection with the notified technical break of Středisko cenných papírů (the Securities Centre), relating to the transfer of data files to Centrální depozitář cenných papírů (the Central Securities Depository), the settlement of securities trades filed by the Securities Centre will be suspended from 28 June to 2 July. The settlement will be renewed on 7 July, when all outstanding trades will be duly settled.

During its 19th meeting on 20th April, 2010, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Prague Stock Exchange approved the 2009 results of the Stock Exchange Group, approved the payment of the dividend and the amount of such a dividend and appointed a new member of the Supervisory Board.
Investment certificate PX TS 1400 (AT0000A0G298) touched its knock-out limit. PSE stopped trading with this certificate.
Today at 2:50 p.m., PSE temporarily suspended trading with the NWR share issue (ISIN NL0006282204) due to the rise in price amounting to more than 20%. Trading will be renewed at 3:05 p.m.
